The challenge is to create a scene incorporating punches.
-The flower is two heart punches the same design for both the large pink and small black petals. The inside is a ½ circle punch. The leaves are made with a circle punch and so are the blades of grass.
-The bunny is all done with circle punches. A post it note was a perfect tool to hold the small pieces. I punched the ears three times, once was punching a partial circle then the post it note held it so I punch in the opposite direction to form the ear shape. The third punch was to shape the bottom to fit to the head and I also used this procedure to for the head to fit to the body. The tail head and body were tool distress to give a fluffy effect.
-All the punched pieces except the black and grass blades were ink distressed.
-The hills were formed with a curved cut with scissors on designer paper then I faux stitched the edges.
-I used a hand made acetate template to sponge on my cloudy sky.
