I'm catching up on my Doubledog Dare Challenges since I was gone on vacation. If you'd like to play along, you can find these challenges under the Challenges forum here:
Julia, aka artystamper, challenged the group to make one of these gorgeous flowers using the tutorial on Mercy's blog. It was fun and easy to do! Here's the link to Mercy's tutorial:
This darling bee image is from Rubbernecker Stamps. I stamped his wings an extra time onto vellum, colored them in on the back with Copic markers, cut them out, added MS glitter, and adhered with vellum tape. Since I cut the bee image out, I wasn't able to keep the original antennae because they were too narrow to cut, so I added my own I made from cardstock.
TFL, and I appreciate your comments!

This gave me a giggle, Charlene...such a cute little bee!!! He looks like he got his hand...I mean stinger caught in the candy jar!!! That's a mighty fine looking background, too, and I love the flower!!!!

OMGosh, Charlene, this is so my style, although I cant do anything even close to this. I love this card. I love the stitching and the punched borders and those colored panels. It's just fabulous. Totally awesome, wonderfully colorful and just so much fun!
