This is a fun card I really enjoyed making it. I started with the stamped "Always". I stamped it onto standard white cardstock using an embossing ink pad. I added black embossing powder and heated it up. I don't use a regular black ink pad.
Then I used my copic markers to color it in. I then cut it out using a Spellbinder die cut (Label . I also stenciled it with Tattered Rose distress ink.
I then cut out the background and the 3 strips of paper AND their matting with my Cricut. I attached them to the page I added the "Always" then started to make the heart. I took a grungeboard heart which is part of the "elements" set. I used my Colorbox ink tool and added pink pigment ink to it. Then I took some pink fur-type fibers and wrapped it around the heart a few times. I added stickles to it. It was a good adhesive plus it gave some sparkle to it.
I then made the corner flourish using Home Accents cartridge. Then, on the right side of the page you can see some yellow flowers. They are called "paper frills" found at HobbyLobby. I get them in white so I can change the color using Adirondack Alcohol Inks or Distress Inks or just regular ink pad. I took one of my Dew Drops from memento and colored it. I attached it using glue dots and added pearls to the centers.
To finish, I added 3 pink flowers and also added a pearl to the center.
