Hi! I just had to make this card for teapot tuesday!
My name is Elnora and this is my story: I've lived in the country all my life. Nature has always surrounded me with her beauty and taught me many lessons. But she didn't teach me how to get around in a big crowd of revelers!
I've come to New Orleans to visit my friend Marti. I didn't know there would be so many people here! With everyone milling about, with the parade going by, with trinkets flying through the air, and the general party atmosphere in the streets, I've lost my way! I just hope I can get there before it's too late!! Maybe I should ask someone for directions, but they all look so odd that I don't know if it's safe! Many people are wearing masks and not much else, so I'm getting kind of scared! There's a tiny juggler on one corner, but alas, he looks too busy to give me directions. But wait! There's a man who's friends are calling Harley (Harley Quin seems to be his full name); he looks nice so maybe I'll stop and ask him. "Sir, might I ask you the directions to my friend Marti's house?" I asked the stranger. "Marti? I don't know any Marti," he said with a sigh, and then began to cry! At least, there was a teardrop coming from one of his eyes....
Will Elnora make it to the party at Marti's house on time? Perhaps one of YOU can help her!?!
TFL and thanks for "listening" to Elnora's story! Have a wonderful Fat Tuesday!

Here's the directions:
Look for the cow floating above with balloons. The dragons partying with some fancy ladies. Bling busting out of the house and the smell of food. Bring Harley, the teapotters can cheer him up. TFS.

Oh, yeah, somehow I think when the tea party is in town, word gets around...
I love the central image, it's just gorgeous. And the fancy-schamcy ribbon is absolutely the perfect embellie for Mardi Gras.

Elnora actually made it to the party and invited Harley Quinn to join us. He was so pleased with her kindness that the tear drop dried up and the corners of his mouth lifted in a smile.....another character saved by the Tea Party ladies

Hi Elnora! Don't you fret.....you're not lost at all! Follow the King's Cake, the tea, and pretty much any sweet morsel and that'll get you to the teapotters! WE can't wait to meet you. Martie has told us so much about you! Pssst....she's a little stressed.....her house is in a uproar and the party's just begun!
So happy to see you at the teaparty....Don't you get skeered by the shananigans.....just go with the flow and keep ducking when you need too.......it's spagetti...not confetti!
Love your card...its perfect for this challenge and the embellishments just rock! Its so unique and so...soo....well, so Mardi Gras! You rocked this challenge!!!
