This is the same idea I used for last week's CAS challenge but I wasn't happy with it really, so I made another and had a go with the side step technique at the same time. I do prefer this one, so it's the one I actually gave DH this morning! I found the beautiful pearl cluster a few weeks ago and really wanted to use it on his card.
The heart is heat embossed in white. The sky is sponged with scalloped circles as masks, the little hearts are punched out with the SU heart punch, and the sentiments and poem are computer generated.
Thank you for popping in to look!

Sallie, how precious are your words, and framed beautifully in this lovely card. I'll bet you made his heart soar too!

Guess what; I saw the CAS front image first (and LOVED it), then I read the prose which you put under the CAS card in the description and I loved it MORE. Then I got to this last; the way the prose is mounted on this card - and I loved it WAY OVER THE TOP! Great job! TFS

You are quite the SCS queen! I see you trying so many new and different things, like challenges, techniques and that includes this side-step card. I have never even heard of a side-step card before! I feel like such a neophyte!
This, too, is a beautiful card for DH. (I checked out the one with the brown balloon first) I hope he loved it!
