I made this for the Embellish blog challenge (use turquoise, pink, brown & ribbon) and this week's sketch challenge. These colors were a challenge for me since they are outside my comfort zone.
For the ribbon flowers:
1. Die cut a circle from double-sided adhesive sheet and then remove the backing from one side only.
2. Start in the middle with the end of your ribbon and twist and twirl the ribbon in a circle, working your way outwards. I leave some edges standing up and turn others down to give it dimension
3. Once you are at the outer edge of the circle, trim the ribbon and tuck it under
4. Remove the backing and attach it to whatever you want!

Thank you! The Coluzzle is a cutting system that uses a template and a swivel knife to cut out shapes. Here's a link with more info: http://www.artsncraftsbug.com/coluzzle-templates
I used the coluzzle instead of a punch b/c I couldn't reach far enough into the card with a punch. I didn't use a die like Nestabilities b/c I was worried about trying to keep it aligned while rolling it through my Cuttlebug.

The Coluzzle sounds rather like the Friskars cutting system which is what I use. However I find it doesn't always cut a shape out neatly, and circles and ovals tend to have a little 'overlap' cut. Do you have this problem with the Coluzzle?
