Pretty In Pink, Chocolate Chip, Very Vanilla with scallop trim border and corner punches, scallop oval punch. With All My Heart 'friend' stamp. Sending Love specialty paper from the 2010 Occasions Mini.
To make the medallion, start with a cardstock square cut at 2 & 1/16th inch. Put the cardstock into the corner punch, square (ie. straight edge in, not the point). Center the square in the punch. Eyeball to get the cardstock as centered as possible before punching. Punch. Pull out square. Turn around to opposite edge. Put into punch the same way on opposite edge. Carefully lining up the punched point on the other side to the bottom loop of the corner punch. Punch. Now you can punch the corners as normal. You should get a medallion like the chocolate chip on the front of this card.
The little flower in the center is punched from one side of the Sending Love specialty paper (very vanilla and pretty in pink sheet) and punched with the Trio Flower punch (exact fit!)
Dotted around the oval scallop to match the dots under the 'friend' stamp and along the edges of the scallop border punched edges of the Pretty In Pink.
Made the long narrow label behind the scallop oval 'friend' with a 1/2 inch wide X 3 inch long choc chip strip and centered into the scalloped corner trim punch to make the loops on the ends to more match the medallion up above the sentiment.
Made a scallop oval in choc chip and cut in half horizonaly, then spread the two pieces apart a bit before SNAILing on back of pretty in pink 'friend' scallop oval to give a shadow look.
I am so proud of this card! It won 1st place in the card swap at my upline meeting yesterday!
