I'm in LOVE with SU's new Vintage Vogue set and decided to make a few cards with it. Here's my card for this week's Sketch Challenge. Forums at Splitcoaststampers
I started by spritzing a piece of Melon Mambo cs with rubbing alcohol and Frost White Shimmer Paint. While it was still wet, I ran it through my Big Shot with a Texturz Plate. Once dry, I adhered it to a Basic Black card base. Next, I stamped the vine image with Old Olive ink along the bottom of a Whisper White panel and stamped the F and Friends with Melon Mambo ink on the top. I spritzed the top with Crushed Curry and again with Old Olive. I stamped the F again on Whisper White cs - inking the stamp first with VersaMark then with Melon Mambo so I could clear emboss it. I cut it out just the F and adhered it with Dimensionals. I stamped the skinny vine with Crushed Curry ink onto Whisper White cs. Both Whisper White panels are layered on Basic Black. Finally, I stamped the flower with Craft White ink onto Basic Black cs, embossed it with white embossing powder, punched it out with my 1" Circle Punch, added the yellow Fire Rhinestone Brad and adhered the circle with a Dimensional.
