 | | This card uses some fun new Martha Stewart ladybug punches and Beate's instructions for making an easel card, found here:

I used the dimensions found at the end for a vertical card. The colors come from the Basic Grey Lemonade paper.
The card base is Kiwi Kiss (ret.). The flower is from the retired SU! set Bodacious Bouquet, stamped in Purely Pomegranate (ret.) onto Whisper White card stock. Stamped it a second time and cut out the outside petals and popped them up on the first flower for a little dimension. I colored in the stamens with a Pretty in Pink marker.
The pomegranate frame is cut with two Dahlia Nestabilities--just used some masking tape to hold them in position. On the Pretty in Pink panel, I stamped the triple berry(?) in Pretty in Pink. The ribbon is retired Purely Pomegranate double-stitched. The sentiment is "You're so amazing" which was a free Verve set that came with one of my many orders! This easel card was much simpler than it looks. Give it a try sometime! |
