I started with a 4-1/4" square Soft Suede card base and stamped the bear on it with Basic Black ink. I stamped the bear three more times with Basic Black ink on Sweet Slumber Specialty dsp, again on Soft Suede cs for the bow and once more on Pretty in Pink cs for the bear's paw pads. Yep, I paper-pieced him! The sentiment is a rub-on. For a little eye candy, I rounded the corners. I then traced the envelope's flap on dsp, cut it out and adhered it to the envelope so it coordinates with the card.

this is absolutely adorable!! You have clearly put so much work into this and it turned out fabulous. I was wondering how you got the sentiment on that dark cardbase to look so bright -- the color is perfect for the rest of your card!! You rocked this challenge!!
