This is for FS155 and we are honoring Karen B Barber as our inspiration artist today. Congratulations, Karen!!!!!!!!! What a fantastic gallery you have. Here is a link to Karen's Sunflower Inspiration project that inspired my card. IC195 - Sunflower Inspiration by Karen B Barber at Splitcoaststampers
I totally changed my layout from Karen's but I used her sunflower theme and also carried over her stitching them by using stiched mustard grosgrain ribbon. I think this Rubbernecker sunflower image is one of the most wonderful I have ever seen. There is so much detail in each stem and flower and it was a ton of fun to color. I tried my hand at shadowing with a light gray maker but I am always in doubt about where to shade so I'm not sure this was very successful.

Oh Kittie, this is such a delight to the eyes! I love sunflowers and yours are just gorgeous! Love how you highlighted behind them. Just makes them all that more beautiful. Your gray shading is perfect. Well Done. TFS :0)...

I agree Kittie...its absolutely a gorgeous image! I love the soft shading and the color you put to this image! Its so beautifully done...you did Karen proud in typical Kittie727 style! Wonderful card!
I just fell in love with this sunflower image. I have been looking for one I like for ages. On the wish list it goes. Your coloring is absolutely stunning.
