I love Mo Manning's Digital Pencil images! This is one of my favorites. I printed it on water color paper and then colored with Copics. Added sparkle to her dress and wings with a brush and irredescent medium then a little shine to the wings with Crystal Effects. I used rub on corner embellishments and sparkle heart brads for her wand and the ribbon trim. The sentiment is also a rub on from the discount isle at Hobby Lobby. The Brocade DP and ribbon are from HL also. Using my scalloped oval punch, and red CS, I created the sentiment panel base and then using another oval punch and white CS I mounted the rub on sentiment. Needed something so I scribbled along the border of the sentiment panel with a black felt tip pen sort of mimmicing the corner rub ons. This one is for my DH.
