This week's Flourishes challenge was to create a scene. I made an ocean scene using sandpaper, vellum, and Cool Caribbean and Tempting Turquoise cardstock. The layers of the scene are cut out with Nestabilities Labels 1 die.
The shell images are from the Seaside Life set and the sentiment is from Sweet Violets. Both sets are from Flourishes. The seashells are colored using blender pens and various colors from SU's Earth Elements collection.
To make the label for the sentiment, I cut out a strip and then rounded the ends by inserting it into the bottom of a 1/2" circle punch.

This is so pretty. Great idea to use velum for the waves, they look so real. The sandpaper beach is great and I really love how you colored your seashells.
