Good Morming. This is my card for IC214 which was to be inspired by Groovy Inclinations. What a great site. I was inspired by this: http://www.etsy.com/view_listing.php...ng_id=25502792
OK OK. It doesn't resemble it at all, but I was inspired by Sea Grass and then it just evolved from there. We ended up in England feeding the gulls. Mostly dreaming I guess.
This is my first try at paper piecing. I think I like it.
The map dp is K& Co. Oval is DCWV mat stack and image is Door County Rubber Stamps. No bow on the ribbon because I can't make a bow without trying at least 6 times and I'm off for some much needed Girlie Time today. tfl

I see the connection to your inspiration piece!! This is a lovely card. Super job on your paper piecing--looks fantastic! I absolutely LOVE that map DP--wow! This is so lovely--what a terrific job!!!

Dreams are so wonderful! I love this little girl's bg dp and her precious pieced sundress. Oh, adding that world map was a great idea. Really, really sweet.

of, I love this and the paper piecing is such fun! love those polka dots and how you placed the little girls foot almost on the map. very nicely done, friend and I hope you had a wonderful playtime with those girlies!
