The kitty is a Michael's dollar stamp, as is the halloween greeting.
For the main image, I did dtp in Brillance Orange after I had stamped and watercolored the cat. Then I tied two seperate ribbons onto a swirl clip from Target and attached it.
For the background, I made a felt inkpad with brown and orange reinkers and rolled the Confetti Play wheel repeatedly in it, then rolled onto cs. The greeting is also stamped using the same felt inkpad.
The scan came out a little blurry because of the thickness of the embellishments.

This card is very nice. I really like the coloring and the way the clip connects the two ribbons. I tend to hoard my ribbon (and my clips) but this may just get me to use some of my stash.
