This is for LSC254--to use polka dots and red, black, pink, and/or white CS to make a card for someone we love. I'm also kind of cheating just a smidge 'cuz I actually made my card yesterday--in anticipation for today of course!
My polka dots are the gold dots on the black strip of CS across the top of the card--and those things that resemble hearts below my polka dots--those aren't hearts--the punch used for this border is an "arrow punch border," but it looked like hearts, which is why I bought it. Didn't know til yesterday it was called the "arrow punch border."
I was originally going to use this stamped image on a vertical card, however, DD thought it would look better as a horizontal card. Unfortunately, I had already shaded it so the shading isn't quite right for this angle but, oh well, . . .
I also wanted to use black bling but didn't have any. Is there such a thing? I'll have to look around.
And, of course, rub-ons never really seem to rub on as well as they're supposed to so I had to go over the "Sweetheart" rub-on image with a marker to fill in some spaces.

What a beautiful creation this is! Love those flowers - they make me think of our wild Alberta roses... And I think they're coloured beautifully, horizontally or vertically!! Good luck on your hunt for black bling - it is out there!
