Well, it's almost a new lunar year and this month is a blue moon to boot. I used those occasions to celebrate a "Once a a Blue Moon" teacher. Ms. K has taught each of my sons sixth grade science with creativity, energy and a passion that is contagious.
The KSS Crew challenged us to use stitching...
I brayer inked white CS using the Blue Frost Kaleidacolor pad. I stamped the amazing moon image with Going Gray kraft ink, Bordering blue and Baja Breeze, then painted with Pearl-Ex. Stamped the branches and the owl, then stamped another owl and popped it on dimensionals. Used white gel pen on branches for snow. Matted with Soft Suede, stitched and mounted on white card. Computer generated the sentiment in navy.
Enjoy, and have a peaceful and prosperous New Year.
