MMTPT75 Bucking Bronco

Photo Details
Poster: MariLynn

This is my card for Cindy's teaparty today. I brought my cowboy. Story is that he overheard the ladies talking about weddings, and houses with little white picket fences... and he was starting to feel a little trapped. He jumped on his horse to ride away into the sunset. Luckily Bertie was thinking ahead. She was afraid that he might bolt, and she put something under the saddle that made his horse try to buck him off. When he recovers from the broken arm he got when he fell off the horse, maybe he will have reconsidered and decide to settle down with Miss Kitty.

I drew my cowboy and barbed wire. I brayered the sunset. I added a faux wood frame. I did faux denim, faux leather and faux bandana.

Cindy glad to have you back!

Great touches here, MariLynn, with all the so-suitable faux techniques, your perfect drawing, the barbed wire...What a super masculine card.

Whoa there, girlie! He's not a faux cowboy too, is he? Miss Kitty's been waiting a long time to find someone to settle down with. She should never settle for a broken armed guy who wanted to ride off into the sunset! She needs a hunky guy like the one I'm bringin' to the tea party! Your drawing is wonderful.....MariLynn, you are an artist!!!

Who better to nurse a broken arm than Miss Kitty herself. A little liquid from the Longbranch will help the pain! Impressive drawing and faux letter, Marilyn.

Okay, no fair Ms. MCGyver! You can pretty much draw anything you need to attend the tea parties! And to boot, you can even draw action shots! Are you sure your rider broke his arm in Bertie's horse accident? I hear Miss Kitty is fighting for the pretty stuff and your beautifully drawn horse totally qualifies! Told ya she loved animals!

Thanks for the welcome back, Marilynn....and thanks so much for keeping the challenge alive for me by hosting so many weeks worths of challenges. You always do such a good job and are fun to party with! Yikes, I can't remember our word! Its is snuffles??? Or sniggles??? I am old and I have CRS disease!

Whew, sounds like Matt, may need Ms. Kitty to help him recover from that broken arm. She might even break the other one while she has him down and he may be anxious to marry her before she starts on the lower limbs. LOL Great job on the drawing of your cowboy.
