Stef's IC really has me going! I keep thinking "Valentines" and getting inspiration from the chosen Design Spirit Studio Etsy shop. They aren't Valentines there, but I like turning them into Valentines.
I chose this clock for my inspiration: http://www.etsy.com/view_listing.php...ng_id=32973252
This one is NOT one for mass production. It took me awhile to put it together. I had to make the stripe with my black Copic on white paper since I didn't have any suitable "ready-made" stripe. Then a lot of cutting and fitting with the curves, and, lastly, making a subtle bg for the main heart. I used the white pearl EP on the white paper. It was all FUN, but this Valentine will go to someone special who appreciates "labor of love". ; )

Such a fun, cool card! I know what you mean about the proper DP- I have tons of DP, but it seems rarely do I have exactly what I am looking for :-) This is a wonderful IC piece, and I know whoever receives it will cherish it!
