Second in a series of four, this is my interpretation of a wintery little frost fairy. She has lightweight quilt batting used for her body and extremities, snowflake and gem encrusted shoes, and her outfit and accesories are done in whatever scraps of blues and silvers I had laying around. I made her wings out of tissue paper that I painted and glazed, then stamped with tiny snowflakes. Her hair is Angelina fibers in irridescent blue-silver, and she has tiny gems to represent buttons and a diadem on her forehead. Skirt was made from scraps of blue ribbon and white mesh that I winterized with Snowtex paint. Finally, I made her a magic wand out of a twig from my yard! I painted it with gesso, wound it with blending filament and then topped it off with some random jewelry findings ...I sincerely hope you will like her and leave a comment!

Too beautiful! I'm sure, as a winter fairy, she is completely comfortable in the snow in her skimpy - and gorgeous - duds. Thank you for sharing her with us! Kathy
