Here is my card for the WishRAK New Year's Card Challenge#6 ~ Featured Stamper ~ OregonStamper.

I CASE'd this card ~ http://www.splitcoaststampers.com/ga...p;ppuser=12891. And because the card is going to the troops I could not use any glitter (including Stickles) ~ so I used some Smooch, covered with Liquid Glass ~ just in case.
