Lois challenged us to use something old and something new in honor of New Year’s – good-bye 2009; hello 2010!!!
The very first stamp set I bought was Stampin UpÂ’s Marvelous Morning Glories. I think that was in 1994Â…maybe 1995. IÂ’ve loved this little set ever since. It is a two-step set and has been stamped with Stampin Up inks. I added Crystal Effects to the little flowers and Diamond Dust to the morning glories. That was my OLD.
The new is that Cuttlebug Folder “Victoria”. I also used a border Cuttlebug “with love”.
I used the little Itty Bitty background stamp from StampinÂ’ Up and sponged my edges with Creamy Brown Colorbox ink. I also swiped that Creamy Brown over the Cuttlebug backgrounds on the card base. Brown ribbon finishes the card.
OLD AND NEW – just like 2009 and 2010!
WonÂ’t you come and play along with us? Remember to put StampinB in your keywords on SCS and link a card back to us at Stampin B Blog.
HAPPY NEW YEAR TO EVERYONE~!

I love your soft morning glories, Vicky. And I have that CB "with love" folder -- and never think to bring out those border folders. You have reminded me how great they look! Happy New Year to you, GF!!!

Vicky, this is so very elegant. I love the way you colored the images and the sentiment is heart warming. I love the embossing and the papers you've chosen too.
