Check out the sketch at http://priscillastyles.blogspot.com/ I followed the sketch with misc papers from my stash which I Cuttlebugged! Stamped that little bear thrice and layered her. Corners are cut with Hobby Lobby die cut. Ribbon is from Hobby Lobby. Cut center oval with scalloped oval die from Nestibilities. Side of oval is MS big border punch. Balloon is stamped and Cuttlebugged. Border is punched with EK Success punch. Envelope is stamped with bear and painted. VOILA!
P.S. Peggy said this one would go with the Teapot Party too!! So I am putting it in.

Funny that thise one would also fit in the teapot party...it's like there is someone reading minds here. LOL
This week the teapot party is in the woods with bears and though Sabrina was talking about big bad bears, I am in the cause for humanising them and this one looks human to me, rearing to party right!
Just love the sparkle and the gold all over. Great work, you know I love your sparkle on your cards and in your eyes too Phyllis. It's always fun to finally get here and see all that you girls at MM can concoct! Happy new year my cardmaking, sparkling and smiling friend!
