I found this cute little guy at the LSS and just HAD to have him (you know how it is.. that just HAVE to have) *rolls eyes*
I have been doing some reading in the forums and I had watercolor paper and the Sharpies/Bics so wanted to try my hand at coloring with them. I saw a video here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=h-jKsXsJzok
that said about embossing before coloring.. what a difference it made
I have to say he came out really cute I surprised myself!!! His hat has some Stickles & Flower Soft on it to give it some uhmpffffff
I used the Nestie Labels 4.. but didnt emboss.. Had a blonde moment with that.. so don't ask :P
The DP is from a SU old Christmas scrapbooking collection, do not remember which now.. using scraps is good ;)

Congratulations on using your first House-Mouse. He is absolutely the cutest thing ever. I see why you just had to have him. And, yes, I know that feeling. :) I love the SU paper from long ago as it was just perfect for this image. You did a great job coloring with those Sharpies/Bics. This is just an adorable card! Thanks for taking time from a busy Christmas schedule and CASEing one of my card to honor me as FS. Have a wonderful Christmas and an awesome New Year.

Oooooh, this guy is so cute the way you have dun him up! I've had my eye on him at the LSS, also, but those darned super-sized MS border punches keep jumping in the basket first! Totally agree about embossing the images first. Really got into that over the summer when I had more time to stamp. Makes such a difference! Oh, yeah....I'm with ya all the way on the using scraps thing!! Definitely a good thing!!
Super cute card ya got here!! Love it!!
