Chinook's Die Cut Folded Snowman card
Added to Favorite
xxxx

Photo Details
Poster: Chinook

I don't have Design Studio yet, so had to come up with another way to create a folding card (without welding)...
Snowman is from the Christmas Cheer cartridge, cut at 4 3/4". That way it fits into an A-2 envelope without damage to his arms. I cut two Shadows, attaching one to the snowman. The 2nd shadow was scored about 1" from the top (horiz) and I applied adhesive above the score line to attach to the layered front snowman. Ta da - a folding card!
So, feeling very pleased with myself - I go to stand him up to take a photo. Does he stand on his own? NO -- HE HAS A CURVED BOTTOM. Sheesh.
I cut a scrap of blue printed c/s, rounded the top corners and attached it to the back side of the back shadow image. NOW he stands up. Note to self: THINK things through. :-)

Oh my, I can't believe no one's commented on this cute guy! Love your idea and how crisp and festive he turned out. Straight into my faves--TFS!
