I found these shoe organizers at Walmart for $7.60 to hold my punches. I have the little SU punches in one of the bins next to my work station because I also forget to look in here for them. I also have MS punches and it will start holding some Cricut cartridges too because I just received my Christmas present in the mail yesterday. Inside of the closet doors, I store my fabrics.
What do you think?

Great idea! I have mine in drawers but then have to open several drawers to find the right punch. This way they can be seen at a glance.
Hint: I finally took some black cardstock squares and punched an example on each. Wrote the name of each punch at bottom in white pen. Then put all on a shower ring. Now I can put the black card over a stamp example to see if the stamp will fit in the punch out area.

Fabulous organization! I love that you can visually see what you have. I hate that I put my things in drawers and never think about them until I am looking for something else. This way, you see what you have and can be mindful of it when you are making your crafts. Great idea.
I hang my punches from narrow curtain rods screwed to the wall by my craft desk. I like your idea, but the closet in my room is too far from the desk, and use my punches a LOT.

This is how I store my punches and I just love it! I have a shoe organizer hanging on the door of my craft room. I like being able to see easily which punch is where. Unfortunately, the one I have is about full. I think I'm going to have to get another!
What do you have the shoe organizer hanging from over the door? Did those metal hangers come with it? I want to make sure it wont' be too heavy for the door--any problems with that?
