Abstract embossing is simply using multiple colors of powder. I randomly sprinkled one color then tapped it off. Then I used another color in a different spot, tapped it off, etc.. until the stamped image was completely filled up. For this card, I used a dark green, gold, copper and silver. You can do a search for abstract emboss, and there are quite a few cards that will help you get a good idea of what I am talking about. I've seen cards done where they sprinkled the powder on in perfect lines. I like the random look.
