There was a link in the GST forum this morning to Tim Holtz's 12 Tags of Christmas - my link is to Day 3 with what I can see is a totally addictive way of making plaid!!!
My base was made with 4 colours of alcohol ink on glossy paper. Stamped Hero Arts snowflake with Versamark and embossed with white EP. Stamped Lovely as a Tree with Archival Black and embossed with Iridescent Ice. Added a mulberry snowman embellishment, because I have to go and start cooking. Added some fibres and a snowflake brad with a black gem. Oh my - go check out that plaid technique, if you have alcohol inks. |
