And here are the truffles that I made! I found this recipe for them in the Kraftfoods magazine last Christmas, but never made them. Now, it "says" to dip your fork in the ball of chocolate and cream cheese concoction into the melted chocolate to coat.
Well, I'm a rebel and it just wasn't working! So, these are bulky because I poured the chocolate over each ball and then refrigerated. Hey, they're covered! Who cares, right?! LOL!
And man do these taste good! YUM!
