It's been a long day again...I have been rearranging my stamping/sewing space and I'm just about finished. Just got to organize my ribbon and label things. My family thinks I have way too much stuff.
My twin sister (stamp300) and I have been up talking on the phone waiting for the FS stamper to appear. The FS Stamper is known for Mrs. Broz and she's got quite the gallery and has lots to case. I just had to case her patchwork card here http://www.splitcoaststampers.com/ga...p;ppuser=94252. I have been working on my SS things and I had just finished making her a tote bag too. I decided to make a card to match. I started out my using the square punch on coordinating c/s. I used the hole punch for the dots and adhered on with glue dots. Adhered to white c/s. I used a circle punch for the center block and added a pink sticker (it was a light pink, but I colored it hot pink with a marker). I was trying to get the look of the rag quilt, so I decided to put faux stitching in between the lattice of the squares and also the dotted lines on the blocks. Adhered to black c/s as my base. Do you think I'm spoiling my SS? I still have to put some things in the bag too. Have a wonderful Sunday and thanks for dropping by! Congrats to you
What do you think?
Things I changed:
1. used square and hole punch
3. faux stitching
4. used monogram
Off to bed, it's 3:41am...zzzzzzzzzzzzzzz!
**The center on the purse is really a black circle with a pink "L". I just put this on for the picture**

Wow! Look at all those dots!! This must have taken some time, and you even added the faux stitching!! Yes, you are spoiling your SS!!! I'm so impressed by that patchwork tote you made for her! I wish you were MY SS!! Thanks so much for playing along today!! (You stayed up way too late, though! LOL!)

Wow! It's baaaaack! Another fine addition to the Vampie's gallery! Yeah! Beautiful casing of CA, and wonderful colors too. Your tote is beautiful, and your SS will be blessed. Ooooo...so fun to fill it with stampin' goodies, huh? Hugs....

Bonnie - this is perfect! I love when a card matches a gift and this is so fun! Wonderful job on both creations! Super case too!
