This is for today's TREEHOUSE THURSDAY CHALLENGE # 025 - Christmas Color Challenge. Ashley has given us some Christmas colors as we move from Thanksgiving onto the new holiday season. They are old olive, real red, white and black. For my card I used some dp I found at Hobby Lobby called Season's Greetings for the top and bottom panels. The middle panel is white and I used my Martha Stewart drippy goo border punch. Yeah I know it is technically a halloween punch but it also looks like melting ice too doesn't it? LOL My focal image was stamped in graphite black on white. I had sketched some hills then used my copic blended pen and wet the lines followed by a light brushing with B02 marker then I went back over my brushing to help lighten and blend it.I traced over that with my white jel pen. I stamped the trees from Jolly Snowman using Kiwi Kiss then used my white jel pen on the branches. I colored the penguin using copics of C7, R29 and YG97. My sentiment was stamped in old olive. This penguin is from a set soon to be released from TREEHOUSE STAMPS called Cool Wishes. From our household to your we hope you have a safe and Happy Thanksgiving Holiday. If you are traveling drive with extra special care because you are caring precious cargo aboard.
