This week, my Godson Jack designed the challenge sketch. I think he did a really great job with it - esp since I was able to come up with a card that actually works and truly incorporates the sketch. I must admit that I really struggle w/ that sometimes... I dunno, I guess I'm so literal or have poor visualizing capabilities... putting the sketches down on paper into something I really like and is a good rendition of it is tough for me.
This week I thought I'd make my card in the spirit of the holidays and be thankful for a few things... my sweet Godson Jack (who I miss seeing BUNCHES), the coming holidays being spent w/ my DH, having a hobby I love (tho don't indulge in enough)... there are of course a million other things in my life that I am so very thankful for!
Thanks for looking!

This is a great take on the sketch! Love that PTI set and the stickles are a super nice touch on that stamp, too!

Debbie,
Sorry it took me so long to get by from last week, but I am here now and I adore your card from last week my Hubby grew up on a Wheat Farm (well they do Milo, Corn, Hay, and Soy Beans too, and have 400 Cattle) but anyway they have more wheat than anything and now Hubby works as a Grain Marketing Specialist and Wheat Harvest is the busiest busiest time of the year and I love the wheat you used on your card I also love the embossing (at least I think that is what it is???)
I may have to bring Hubby by later to see this because he would love it too!!!!
Great job last week girl and I hope your trips are going well this week!!!!
Heather
