Here is a card I made for the Teapot challenge Maureen is hosting this week. She has us all tealadies at the Grand Ole Opry! Never been there before, but gee, looks all soooo country, I guess.
So sorry I'm late, but here is my story.
I decided to use "Walk the line" as my inspiration. And the rose on the teapot said ROMANCE to me right from the get go. Romantic and lovey-dovey foolish, my heart still melts at the sight of my sweet man, so here is a card, I made to celebrate the day, yep, today! We are still together, we are still so much in love and that is plenty for me to celebrate.
Because of the texture in my image, I am using it also for the Fanclub challenge, which asks we become IN TOUCH WITH TEXTURES:

I am glad that someone has finally used one of the two Johnny Cash songs I know for their inspiration. Very romantic card - love the texture in the images. It reminds me of our hessian bags that we used to use in national school when we were little -I can almost smell them. Bet P loved this card!

Hey, Peg-aroo!!! You finally made it to da party!!! I love your lovey-dovey, foolishly romantic pretty vintage card and the fact that you and your man are still hopelessly in love with one another! Happy Anniversary! I think Bertie is still sleeping off her moonshine drunk, but I'll let her know that you're here now!
