Here's another simple rendition for my Christmas card stash. Don't worry Anne, I'm going to have a "new baby" card made soon as I know you tire of all my holiday cards because you're jealous!! LOL!!
I used a new embossing folder that Benzi told me about. There's a holiday embossing package with HSN and this ornament ef was included. I love the look of hanging ornaments on a card.
.I prettied the card up with a gold flower topped with a poinsettia and gold pearl in the center. Added a leaf behind the flowers.
.Stamped in my sentiment and added 3 red pearls ~thanks to Wattle who keeps me stocked up on my favorite embellies of pearls~.
.Popped up the main red layer with dimensionals.
That's about it. A pretty simple one for me for a change.
Thanks for taking a visit and let me know what you think if you have a chance - except Anne Ryan - as I already know she's tiring of my Christmas card collection!

Well, I am indeed jealous... Both of the sheer volume of Christmas cards you've created AND that you have those wonderful new Christmas folders from HSN... Next to punches I think I like folders best. And nesties... And pearls... Great card Fruitflake - and even though there's no punching (at least none visible) on this little beauty, that great embossing folder makes up for it. Happy day...

Yikes, I havent seen that folder before. It's really quite lovely I must say. Love the simplicity ~ oh so elegant and refined for a fruitcake. What a surprise. There's no surprise this is yet another Christmas card though. What a refreshing thought to know you'll have a baby card uploaded soon. Yes, you're right: I am jealous you have had time not only to make a gazillion christmas cards, but you obviously have time to watch HSN too. Now, that's a woman w/depth, I'll tell you.
That's okay though you just stay with your HSN and your Christmas cards while I continued to travel the world.

I have been waiting on this Christmas card to see if it had stitching. NO! Well, just send my sewing machine on to someone who can figure out how to use it. Actually, the card is beautiful without the stitching and I see you got those wonderful embossing folders. I had been thinking of a way to use this one and you nailed it. I really like your leaf and flowers. That set of SU sentiments are some of my very favorite. BTW, those Wattle pearls are just the best. You have really putting those things to good use. Love your beautiful card!

This is wonderful, Pam!! I LOVE that EF! Can you give me the info as to where to get it. Great card, love all the white, the flower is perfect and the embossing on just a portion of the focal panel is great. Wonderful card!!
