 | | Happy Wednesday everyone!
Thanks for another great challenge Roxie!
I knew it was going to be difficult ~ no,not the sketch but rather my inability to follow directions is what's difficult for me.
As you all know, I kiddingly say I cheat w/every challenge. The reality is that I dont cheat: I cant recreate anything visually unless it's something to fashioned from fabric. There, now you have it. I admit, I'm limited at best.
Anyway, I knew I was in way over my head when I actually had to employ a shovel to remove the snow from around this guy's eyes and mouth. At 2:30 am, I'm out in the garage whittling down a lousy cheap shovel to fit his face dimensions. I managed to glitter him so well you couldnt see his features. Back to the drawing board for me.
Ah ha, for this week's challenge I changed my trusty 5.5 x 5.5 format into 5 x 7! Disaster #2.
Thanks Peggy-Sue Ellen for all the glitter that's everywhere in my kitchen and on my face!
Thanks to Fruitcake, too, for the shank remover.
Russian Satellite Spy (you figure out which one I'm talkin' about) for the dimensionals.
Oh, what a disaster from beginning to end. I pity the poor person who receives this card.
Have fun w/today's challenge! |
