SC255 - SKETCHY SNOWMAN

Photo Details
Poster: Karen B Barber

This sketchy guy is really pushing the limits - of this sketch challenge......I waited up till the sketch came up - well...sort of fell asleep with the laptop, in my lap....woke up at like 12:50am, saw that it was up -took a quick look at the sketch, thought, oh, I can remember that, ran up to my stamp room, stayed up till 1:44am making this guy- I have always wanted to make this HEAD snowman with a body - this guy is just the head in that Christmas set, Big on Christmas,he desperately neeeeeded a body (and yes,I have to work 10 hours today.....C-R-A-Z-Y .......then when I got done I thought too late to post, I'll do it in the morning......and then this morning I looked at the sketch again and thought, oh well, he is a sketchy snowman, pushing the limits. I named him Nelson. Hope you like him!! Now all day I will be reminded by Nelson that I am not as young as I used to be and four hour nights are not bright at my age. Oh well, it's a blessing to have a hobby you love this much, right??

Karen, you are absolutely right on all points. at my age I require more than 4hrs of sleep, it is AWESOME to have a hobby that we love so much we will lose sleep in order to meet our goals. LOL. This is fantastic, especially for 1am job. Mine would not be fit to load. LOL

Cute snowman.......love those mittens! That ribbon around his neck as a scarf is a great touch and the faux stitching looks almost real.
