1830's wedding dress which would be used for other special occasions. Gown is made of pea-green silk taffeta. I used Sizzix 'Shantung' Texture Pad paper to reflect the gown material and colour. The folded ribbon is inspired by the pleating at the top of the sleeves. The panel under the ribbon, inspired by the white shawl, uses a stamp from Simple Delights (SU). For my shiny, sparkly element I used a Sticky Cuts heart covered with Dazzling Diamonds glitter. The sentiment is a SU Chit Chat rub-on. The card is 5x5.

Amazing! Such a neat inspiration and take on the gown. So sad that we (most of us) now only wear the prettiest gown of our lives just once. I just love your card!
