I had to take some time out to make this card for the color challenge today! In real life the organdy ribbon matches perfectly with the burgundy! I have no clue why it looks red in the photo! I used the double embossing technique. I used the SU! poinsettia folder and a round nestie. I stamped this beautiful sentiment from the new Christmas Verses set from Our Daily Bread designs with versamark and Bravo Burgundy ink and then clear embossed it. I had to use my stamp-a-ma-jig to line it up inside the circle. I used SU! punches for the poinsettia, sponged them, and sprayed them with Gold Glimmer Mist. I made the bow with the help of my little Bow Easy!. And I doodled with a gold paint pen inside the embossed flowers. I added gold cord and gold pearls to complete!

That bow is perfect. Love the sentiment and all they layers and textures you used. Super card!
