 | | This card was made for today's Featured Stamper Challenge. Congratulations Christine. I love the lovely clean designs in your gallery. A year or so ago I commented on one of your cards and said that I liked that set, but didn't own it and you kindly sent me stamped images from it. So today I thought I'd honor you by using one of them. This set is just too sweet. I choose this card to CASE:

I was planning to glitter the front of my card the way you did, but when I got it done, I decided that my version would look better without the glitter. Image was stamped on watercolor paper. I colored it with markers and blender pens. I used a Uni-ball gold metalic pen for the pot. I added dots of gold glitter to the center of the poinsetti and red stickles to the berries in the pine boughs. The berries were stamped using the tip of a typywriter eraser.
I turned my card orientation. I used a different set for my pine bough, added a greeting and left off the ribbon. I didn't glitter my front panel, but did a bit of piercing in the corners. |
