I started with a Kraft card base. Panel 2-a is a combination of Melon Mambo & Basic Black ribbons. After I wrapped the ribbons around the card, I pulled out my ruler and Stylus and added a line 1/8" out from each side of the ribbon.
Panel 2-b is a combination of Melon Mambo cs and a window sheet from the Night & Day collection. I layered this piece on Basic Black cs, which was scalloped with my Scallop Edge Punch.
I stamped the flowers from the Pocket Silhouette set with Melon Mambo and the sentiment with Basic Black on Whisper White cs for Panel 3. It's layered on Basic Black cs and has a Mini Library Clip on it. It's adhered to the card with Dimensionals.

It fooled me with the window sheet too Regina. I was trying to think and Melon Mambo doesn't have that black polka dotted dsp that I know of. Case solved!!! You did a fabulous job with your card. Love the ribbon/scoring treatment, your image and scallop borders! Great job!! TFS!!
