I made this card for Cindy's Tuesday Tea Party. This week we are heading to the North Pole to help Santa and Mrs. Claus get the Christmas sleigh off the ground. Seems that Santa's reindeer haven't kept up with the latest technology and flight test failed. We are to bring the latest in flying technology to get things moving again. In return for our efforts, Mrs. Claus has baked up some wonderful treats to have with our tea! Check out the whole story here: http://www.splitcoaststampers.com/fo...d.php?t=466555
I'm bringing along three bionic reindeer to help Santa. They are all shiny and new and they're equipped with the latest sleigh-pulling technology.
I used Double/Blank Embossing from yesterday's TLC245 to make my snowflake frame. The reindeer were embossed with silver EP (tone on tone embossing from the Technique Challenge on StampTV). Added some shiny silver pearls and silver cord to finish it.
Off to the North Pole now! It's a long way to go so I'd better get started!

This card is so pretty. I love the silver on silver and the pearls just add that perfect touch. THank you for telling all the hints and techniques, I think I might have a CASE of this card in my future.

Okay, that explains that big noise I heard! It was the sonic boom! Musta been the sheer speed of these three bionic reindeer! No worries, we just gotta give Santa 42,000 cotton balls so he can keep replacing them when the boom knocks them outa his ears! Snort!
What an awesome card. Its cool that you can actually send it to a normal person! Whoot! So festive.....
