What a spooky teapot, Cindy! I love it! I thought this haunted house would match up nicely, Hope Mr. Blacken White knows the witch is on her way to visit. And she looks more like the Wicked Witch of the West rather than Glenda the Good Witch, lol.
I cut a mask of the moon and house and positioned it on the white card stock. Then I used a brayer and three colors of ink. I started with the yellow, then added the orange at the top and finally the green at the bottom. I took the mask off, and using a stamp positioner, stamped the image with the black ink.
I stamped the terrific sentiment onto a strip I cut off of the original. The punched dots at the bottom were done using only the very top part of the fence border punch. I made faux brads by using a 1/4 inch hole punch on black c/s and some card board, glued them together and used a stylus to round them like real brads.
While I was putting the pieces together, I punched some fence borders out of black, but thought they needed something. So I threaded thin strips I trimmed off the brayered back ground thru the fence. I added some thin strips of yellow behind the punched dot part of the fence then attached my borders. I think this made all the difference.
So while the house is black/white, I hope Mr. White can see the benefit of adding some color. Or at least just paint the fence like this.
Thanks so much for looking and you can check out closeups at theDRS blog.

Muuuaaahhhh!!! I love that sentiment. And a great fun card. Glad you could join us at the tea party. That sunset is just the right touch of color to start the evening since we are doing a night party...

Whoo Hoo! Julie is here! Hi Julie, so glad you could come this week! Now don't be alarmed at the rowdiness of the tea potters! But you know what? Something tells me you can hold your own!
What an awesome little card! I wondered what that group of tea potters were looking at out the window! Yikes, the witch is always in! What an awesome card, I absolutely love what you did with the fence! It rocks!
