I decided to give it a halloween look.... by using the stamps from the Trick or Treat Stamp set. One of my favorite things about Halloween is the colors...I love purple and green together.
The spider on the tag is stamp first in green galore and then again with elegant eggplant...it makes it look like the spider is glowing (neon) style.

2 pieces of 8 1/2 x 11 cardstock
Circle punch 1/4
square punch 1/4
paper lunch bag
On the top end of one piece of cardstock circle punch a hole and then slide down a ways and circle punch another hole.
Using the square punch...punch out the space in between the two circles that you punched.
You now have the handle...repeat on the 2nd piece of card stock.
Stamp your cardstock then attach both pieces to a paper lunch bag (cut off the top of the lunch bag so it will not show through the handles) using mini glue dots or sticky strip.
Sooo...you have a lunch bag in the middle of the two pieces of cardstock with the punched handles.
Easy as pie!!
