I know that this little girl may not look too girly, but she is. I paper pieced her coat and hat with yellow cardstock. I wanted it to look like a rain slicker. I covered the surface of the coat and hat with Aleene's Tacky glue. When that dried I added fingernail polish. It is very shiny in real life. (Too hard to photograph on a real rainy day.) She is on dimensionals. I embossed the rain drops on white paper and brayered over the top. The sentiment I printed using my computer. Added 3 little brads.

Love the embossed rain, the wonderful rain gear and the little yellow brads. The little girl reminds me of the emergency raincoats and hats we had to get on holidays one year when my mother had forogtten to pack any, and it had rained non-stop for 3 days.

Your card is lovely and very girly, especially for us girls who like to play in the rain.
