Yes, I know that the scalloped die cuts go beyond the background; they are supposed to. Only it was supposed to be more dramatic and came off just looking like an accident. Oh well, live and learn ;0).
The cut-out flourish the bottom strip was in a piece of scrap paper; I decided it didn't hurt anything, so I left it when I punched out the drippy goo.
