The base layer was created by embossing it with the Swiss Dots embossing folder. Since the dots didn't cover the whole surface, I hand embossed the edges. The middle blue layer was created by hand embossing the raindrops with a texture plate and using shaped scissors to cut a border along the bottom edge. The texture plates are great because you don't have to use a light box with them! Then I cut out and embossed 6 squares with Nestabilities of the 2nd and 3rd size. Then I stamped the umbrellas, embossed them with glittery blue embossing powder, colored them in with chalk, cut them out, and attached them to the squares with pop dots. I then free formed a cloud and stamped my saying on it with the same embossing powder as the umbrellas. Before I attached anything to the card, I lined everything with a silver marker.
