Today I went in the front yard to pick just the right leaf from the tree. Can't believe I am picking leaves when all day long I was netting the suckers out of pools! You see, we had a storm yesterday and it made a mess.
We had a palm tree blow over and break the rather large decorative pot it was in. Plus the top of our birch tree just snapped. Then to top it all off, another heavy rain came through with about 1" in an hour flooding our backyard, pool you name it. Mud was everywhere. DH hates mud. No fun last night!
But on the positive side, I went to the dentist....no cavities! Life is good.....on to the card....
Took my carefully selected leaf and laid it on white cs and sponged around it, moving it and changing colors. Then I put the leaf on the ink pad and brayered it and then put it on the cs and re-brayered it moving it around.
Took an oak leaf stamp, versa marked it and stamped it around then clear ep it. Did it again only this time I white ep it.
Colored the Mo's digital pencil image with copics, cut out with my squiggly coluzzle, doodled edges and popped it up on my leaf bg.
Added the stitching lines on a white card using a stamp then put my bg on adding a MS bow. Done. Well hope you like my take on the autumn leaves challenge.....TFL :0)

We had a really bad storm here the day before yesterday and our neighbor's tree snapped and fell into our yard! We also received 3.5 inches of rain all on Tuesday too!
Love your image and that background is fantastic!!
