Hi! Finally got my card done on this dreary day. And guess what? I SEWED on my card!! YAHOO! Now I realize this is nothing to most of you who expertly sew on your cards every day. But I was one of those who had bought a Janome Sew Mini and shoved it in a corner. But thanks to Gina K`s fantastic tutorial I now get it! So go easy on my first try but let me know what you think! I punched out 4 layers of leaves and put them together haphazardly to give some more dimension. The sentiment says warm thoughts to you. Thanks for looking and have a wonderful day!

Well done with the sewing. I don't mind straight and only occasionally burst out into zigzag (but only if I'm using my dress-making machine). The *postage stamps* are so perfect with this sketch, too.
Sewing on cards takes a lot of practice I have a degree in clothing and textiles and still find it challenging . I think your stitching is great!!! gotta go check out the tutorial.
