This is my all-time FAVORITE card made with my FAVORITE stamp set...Lovely as a Tree. People are absolutely amazed when I tell them that it's made with a DRYER SHEET!! My card club girls LOVED IT. And the best part is...it's SO SIMPLE!
I have had a lot of people ask for a tutorial. It has been so many years since I made this card, but I'll try to remember....
Stamp your white background panel with lovely as a tree stamp set. Use the stamp-off technique to make some trees lighter than the others. This will give it dimension.
Take a used dryer sheet and iron it with a piece of paper on top so that the iron doesn't come into direct contact with the dryer sheet.
I think I used a tape runner to apply a TINY bit of adhesive (1/8") on the white panel (in ~8 spots) to adhere the dryer sheet to the white panel. Practice on a scrap of paper to see what works the best, then maybe you could leave a comment to say what worked. The trick is not to have any stickiness come through to the top of the dryer sheet.
Trim the dryer sheet so that it's about 1" bigger on all sides of the white panel. Fold these to the back of the card and use a strong double-sided adhesive (like tear tape) to adhere them.
You don't need to use any adhesive to adhere the glitter. It stays in the nooks and crannies of the dryer sheet. Just get the tiniest pinch of Stampin' Up's dazzling diamonds glitter and rub your fingers together above the card. You want it to distribute evenly.
Use a super strong adhesive to adhere the white panel to the card base. I think I would use Tombo multi-purpose glue and then put a book or something heavy on top of the card until it's completely dry.

Dazzling ... you'd never convince a non-stamper that this is simple to make. ha!
