This Layout is very special to me for a number of reasons, one reason is it is my first as a Guest Design Diva for the Midnight Madness Sketch Challenge: http://priscillastyles.blogspot.com/
The second being that it is one I have done in memory of my beautiful Nana who passed away two years ago. I am very blessed to have come from a family that knows what it is like to have aunties and uncles, Nana's and Grandads and cousins all as an integral part of our lives...my family is steeped in heritage and legacies.
There is no legacy greater than the one my Nana left us and that is her faith...unwavering, solid and passionate - that how Nana believed and this is how she lived and I wanted to show that in this gorgeous cross from Layers of Color!

Linda, what a beautiful heritage! And look at that sweet face! So beautiful to share your Nana's heart in such a way here. I love your distressed and sponged panels in the bg, they really frame up Nana in such a pretty way. TSMFS, LYMI!!!!

Awwww, what a precious picture of your nana! I love the expression on her face (looks like she'S taking a peak at something). Beautiful memories, awesome sketch and how clever to make a scrap page out of it. Love it Linda. You are DA BOMB at scrapbooking! TFS

Such a beautiful way to honor your sweet Nana! I hope my grandchildren will speak as highly of me someday. This is just lovely and I am sure she would be delighted to know you have made such a lovely scrapbook page for her.
